The 2027 Phosphate Spring Conference will be held from Thursday afternoon, May 6th to Saturday morning, May 8th. Location is the Gasparilla Inn & Club in Boca Grande, FL.
The conference is open to our Member and Associate Member companies as well as vendors and suppliers to the Florida phosphate industry. The speaker program will include key industry executives who will present on topics relevant to our phosphate producers, suppliers and vendor businesses. Other guest speakers include business leaders presenting on topics within their own areas of expertise and our Florida elected government officials or candidates speaking on important legislative laws and issues.
We will have Friday afternoon organized activities and evenings are reserved for cocktails and social time followed by buffet dinners and entertainment.

Conference Registration and Information
Registration fee is $1,500.00 for one or two attendees. There is no discount for one person attending without a second attendee. Fee covers conference program and meals. Rooms and other activities are self-funded. Registration deadline is May 23rd. Due to food and beverage guarantees to the inn, there will be no refunds of registration fees after this date. Registrations received after May 23rd are subject to availability. Room rate is $470.00 per night (standard room/double occupancy) plus taxes and fees. Suites and villas are available. Contact the inn directly for other room rates and availability and minimum stay requirements and cancellation policy.
Make checks payable to Florida Phosphate Political Committee (FPPC) and mail to FPPC, P. O. Box 1384, Mulberry, FL 33860. Credit Card payments can be made online at https://secure.anedot.com/florida-phosphate-pc/phosphatespringconference (a 4% processing fee will be charged on the total). Enter the number of registrations, sponsorships, and boat tour attendees you are paying for and enter the names of all attendees in the section indicated. If paying for multiple registrations for the same company, enter the number of registrations you are paying for in the quantity.
Conference Dress is casual: Men – golf shirts, camp shirts, shorts, sandals, beach and resort attire. Ladies – shorts, capris, tank tops, sundresses, sandals, beach, and resort attire. Business casual or island casual for conference programs. The inn is very acceptable of our dress code for conference events, however; if dining outside of our group events, more formal attire may be required. Reference the Gasparilla Inn’s “Dressing to fit the Occasion” located on their website for clarification.
Friday afternoon organized golf and boat tour are optional. If not participating in either activity, spend the afternoon as you wish. Other activities including tennis, pickle ball or an afternoon at the Spa are available to guests of the inn. Contact the Inn’s Concierge Desk at 855-200-3250 for availability and reservations.
